Shipping Policy

We are based in the USA, and items will be shipped from the USA.

We are putting a lot of focus on shipping and delivering, to make sure each parcel arrives as soon as possible. 

VERIFICATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.  SammiSu Beachwear will begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.  With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Delivery : Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. 

PROCESSING

After we confirmed your order, it will take 2-5 business days for us to process and prepare your order. 

We'll ship out the parcel very soon after the order is prepared, and a notification E-mail will be sent to you with shipping information/ tracking number. 
Kindly note:  rarely the factory is too busy or waiting the fabric, the processing time may take 6-12 business days, but we'll communicate with you if we meet this situation. 

Please note:  SammiSu Beachwear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs and is no responsible for any customs duties or taxes.  We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.  However, we will do everything in our power to help you resolve the issue.  The buyer assumes all responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.  For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
